Our SC Amforça Teams
Our sports club is built around four age-group teams: U16, U14, U12, and U10. Each squad follows a clear pathway that gradually increases technical demands, tactical understanding, and personal responsibility. While training content is tailored to age and stage, all teams share the same core values, coaching philosophy, and long-term development focus, ensuring every player grows in a consistent, supportive environment.

U16 Team
Our U16 squad prepares players for the transition to senior-level competition. Training emphasizes advanced game understanding, position-specific roles, and leadership on and off the field, while still prioritizing education, well-being and further development.
The U16 Team has been playing since the 2025/2026 season.
U14 Team
The U14 group bridges the gap between foundation and performance. Sessions focus on refining core skills under pressure, introducing more complex team tactics, and building confidence in competitive match situations.
The U14 Team starts playing matches in the 2026/2027 season.
U12 Team
At U12, players deepen their technical abilities and start to understand team structures better. Training remains fun and varied, with plenty of ball contact, small-sided games, and positive feedback to encourage creativity.
The U12 Team was the first team of the club and also the first team, who played official matches in the Dutch NBB competition in January 2024.
U10 Team
Our youngest team focuses on enjoyment, essential movement skills, and a love for the game. Sessions are playful and engaging, introducing techniques and teamwork in a safe, supportive setting.
The U10 Team has been playing since the 2025/2026 season.
Youth Teams Overview

U16 Team
Typical age range: 15–16 years
Main training focus: Advanced skills, team tactics, physical conditioning, competitive mindset.
Training frequency: 2-3 sessions per week plus weekend matches.
Training days:
Tuesdays 17:00 h - 18:00 h
Fridays 17:00 h - 18:15 h (different schedule from November to February)
Sundays 13:00 h - 15:00 h (when not a match day)
Key goals for the season: Prepare players for senior or academy level, refine positional understanding, build resilience under pressure, and strengthen leadership and communication on and off the field.

U14 Team
Typical age range: 13–14 years
Main training focus: Technical skills, basic team tactics, growing physical strength, and game awareness.
Training frequency: 2-3 sessions per week plus regular matches.
Training days:
Tuesdays 17:00 h - 18:00 h
Fridays 17:00 h - 18:15 h (different schedule from November to February)
Sundays 13:00 h - 15:00 h (when not a match day)
Key goals for the season: Improve first touch and passing, understand simple systems of play, develop good training habits, and build confidence in competitive games while maintaining enjoyment.

U12 Team
Typical age range: 11–12 years
Main training focus: Core skills, small-sided tactics, coordination, and decision-making through play.
Training frequency: 2-3 sessions per week plus league games.
Training days:
Tuesdays 17:00 h - 18:00 h
Fridays 17:00 h - 18:15 h (different schedule from November to February)
Sundays 13:00 h - 15:00 h (when not a match day)
Key goals for the season: Build strong technical foundations, encourage creativity on the ball, learn basic positional roles, and foster teamwork, respect, and a positive attitude.

U10 Team
Typical age range: 9–10 years
Main training focus: Fundamental skills, coordination, fun-based learning, and love for the game.
Training frequency: 2 sessions per week plus league games.
Training days:
Mondays 15:50 h - 17:00 h
Thursdays 15:50 h - 17:00 h
Sundays 13:00 h - 15:00 h (when not a match day)
Key goals for the season: Develop basic ball control and confidence, learn to play with teammates, build good sportsmanship, and ensure every player enjoys training and wants to keep playing.
From U10 Foundations to U16 Performance
From U10 to U12, U14, and U16, players follow a clear, connected pathway that builds confidence step by step. At U10, we focus on fun, ball mastery, and basic game understanding. By U12 and U14, sessions add more tactical awareness, position-specific skills, and growing responsibility on and off the pitch. At U16, players learn to lead, communicate, and perform under pressure while still enjoying the game. Throughout every age group, our coaching philosophy stays consistent: positive feedback, clear standards, and individual support tailored to each stage of development.
